Join Us for a Class of Fitness, Fun, and Motivating Music with the Top Spinning Instructors in Memphis to Benefit Your Health and Your Community!
What is Spinning?
Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a Spinning Bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. A great calorie burning and muscle toning exercise!
Who does Spin Day 2009 Benefit?
Not only will you be benefiting your own health, but by participating, you will also be benefiting the lives of the Individuals with Developmental Disabilities who are served by West Tennessee Family Solutions. Your Donation goes directly to programs and supports that promote education, inclusion, and life-long learning for these individuals.
How do I participate?
Sign-up on this site for your preferred location and time. Arrive the Day of the Event to enjoy an invigorating indoor Bike Ride lead by one of Memphis' top Spinning Instructors and meet some of the amazing Individuals with Developmental Disabilities we serve. We encourage you to have your friends and family Sponsor you as a rider. You are welcome to bring their Contributions the Day of the Event or have them Contribute on this site under General Donation.
What if I cannot make the event but still want to contribute?
You are welcome to sign-up as a Virtual Rider for the regular $25.00 entry fee, or contribute a donation in any amount under General Donation.

West Tennessee Family Solutions (WTFS) is a local, Non-Profit, Family-Based organization located in Memphis, TN that supports Adults with Developmental Disabilities. WTFS has been in operation since October of 2000 and provides several services to more than 50 individuals that are supported through its day program, the Good Life Center, and 26 supported living homes in the East Memphis, Midtown, Cordova, and Arlington areas. Services include: Community Based Supported Living, Home and Community Day Services, Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapies, Direct Care/Personal Assistance, Supported Employment and Job Coaching, Behavioral Services and Supports, etc.
WTFS is a unique and vibrant organization where families and professionals work side-by-side with the sole purpose of designing and providing the best services possible. Persons served are thriving, productive, and happy individuals living, working, and growing in our community.
